Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to evening habit consultation services purchased from Rejuvenatedrdeto, an Australian business based in Laverton North, Victoria. As our offerings are services rather than physical goods, the terms below address cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include a refund, depending on the nature of the failure.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Email confirmation is sent when a refund is initiated.

6. Household Packages

Unused sessions in a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation occurs before the package commences. Once sessions have begun, refunds apply only to remaining unused sessions, minus any disclosed administrative fee.

7. Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a completed consultation, contact us within seven days. We may offer a follow-up session or partial credit at our discretion. This does not limit your ACL rights where services did not meet consumer guarantees.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as a late cancellation and is not eligible for a refund.

9. Complaints

Unresolved refund matters may be escalated via our Complaints Policy or Consumer Affairs Victoria (1300 55 81 81).
